Rich Young Or Rich Old
Financial freedom for your dreams
I’ve always been fascinated by achieving financial freedom because of the flexibility it can provide.
I normally get hit with nay sayers telling me becoming rich is highly unlikely, and I would have to give up a huge portion of my life for that to be possible, which is valid.
I’ve met millionaires talking about how they regrettably sacrificed family time in order to achieve massive wealth.
My mentality is unstable towards the sentiment, regarding financial freedom, but it has always been on the realms of being rich young vs being rich old.
Recently I came across a meme that revitalize my philosophy on achieving financial freedom while young.
Yep, definitely don’t want to end up like that. I understand the ideology that you should save, and invest in 401k, if you have disposable income I would implore you to get at least a Roth IRA.
Because you really don’t want to be poor when you’re old, it is miserable.
Seeing this meme made me chuckle initially, but after the giggles, I realize this is not really a joke, and it’s reality.
I know I’m a party pooper, but it’s a stage of maturity that any adult goes through, when fiscal responsibility is around the corner.
I hope this educates you to become focus more on your endeavors for financial freedom as it has helped for me.
