Cause Legos won't do it
People like to decorate their room with specific scenarios. It may be fictitious like a Star Wars scene, or realistic with medieval battle stand offs. However they tend to lack something to give them flare.
Which is a cape, right now people are earning income making capes for their Lego characters. It’s usually made with cloth, but the really high-end cape makers use a 3d printer to make Lego fit capes that you can clip on.
This is so niche specific, it works, and competition is low. You can go online and find that there are barely anyone doing this, and there are people doing this for a living.
You may not notice, but adding a cape to a Lego character changes the look drastically.
Custom cape makers can put custom logos on the capes and add decorations to represent the war faction they are in. Having all of them stand together changes the appearance and look more realistic, more epic.

If you were to start I would suggest creating an online presence with Squarespace, so you may book appointments to allocate time to produce the goods for your customers.
