The Falling Stock Economy is an Opportunity
It’s not that bad
People are concerned about the world economy and it’s falling stock prices, to be honest, it’s not that bad. I wouldn’t be saying this during the 20s great depression. However we are now living in the digital age and I’ve seen people make millions and even billions from the situation. For example, look at Warren Buffet, he acknowledge that the economy always recovers after each recession and it’s no secret. Recently he sold his apple stocks and is currently hoarding $227 Billion is loose cash.
Rich Mentality vs Poor Mentality
Those with a poor mentality would look at the situation and sell now, but really, the people with a rich mentality would see this as an opportunity and debate with themselves as to when to buy. As the old adage goes, “don’t let a disaster go to waste”. Personally i’m going to be buying some shares when the market crashes hard enough. I sold my NDVA before the crash occurred because it looks like a bubble. Now i’m not giving finance advice, i’m just saying I did what and describing my personal events ;D. I made the decision because I see the unsustainable growth and it gave me the idea that I should sell, and my goal is to profit, and not maximize my gains. People bought the stock thinking that another split will happen, doesn’t know that if NDVA 10X again, that would mean the company itself would be worth more than the world’s economy, which is nearly impossible.
You’re not the only one suffering
People from all over the world is brutalized by the stock crash. look at Japan for example, you think the tourism will help them with their crumbling economy. Apparently the Tourism is hurting the Japanese morale, making them feel like a roasted pig, and everyone is picking pieces off of them. The crash in japan is not so much caused by the inflation, but the mental state that the Japanese are experiencing. This drop in morale hurts their sense of security, and naturally when a person has a low sense of security, what do they do? They find ways to increase their security, for example they will sell their shares in order to have cash on hand.
Key Take Away
Invest what you’re willing to lose
The reason Warren Buffet can play the stock game so confidently is because he can afford to put in money he doesn’t need ever. So that can keep him calm and buy into a stock without the fear of going homeless.
Don’t let a disaster go to waste
Your time…. I plan on buying stocks when the market crashes to the ground, because time and time again it has proven to recover with 100 percent success rate.
