Built From Zero Interest

Kevin Espiritu is a famed garden blogger that found his success through years of fruitless efforts. He made just a few hundred dollars a month after a year of making zero income. Luckily this operation was cheap as it only cost 5 dollars a month. After not getting paid for over a year, most people would quit under this single circumstance alone. However he powered through and is currently making 7.6 million dollars a year.

He wasn’t given a choice, after he graduated college there was no job opportunities. Which led him to believe that college is a scam. I can agree to this, after college I was offered no opportunities, it was through networking I found my first job, my employers didn’t even ask about college degree.

Business philosophy

If you want it bad enough, you’ll try harder for it. Any business failure is the result of someone giving up on it, and when a person is not trying hard enough for it. This makes you wonder if a person deserves success, after a series of business failure, a failing business or a business yielding no results for a long duration of time is a test to the spirit of the individual.

He didn’t stick to one form of entertainment being the blog for safety reasons. People that get too comfortable just stick to the one thing that worked, but this is how a business digress, is if nothing changed. Kevin went on to do podcast and videos. By having a multitude of media the marketing was done by itself. He paid no ads, everything was self advertising for him.

When running your own business, it makes sense that no one will work as hard as you on your business. If a person can perform at 80 percent of your capabilities it’s worth reducing 8 hours of your workload. Right now his operation requires 75 employees, something a person can do by themselves.

Don’t over plan, always over perform. People waste too much time thinking, when in reality a person should just pick a strategy and roll with it.

Find Your Interest Kevin discovered his interest just by trying out gardening, he was originally a poker player, gardening became a hobby after playing around with farming some vegetables.
