100 Subscriber Achievement

Small Victory

Today I want to celebrate the acquisition of 100 subscribers.

119 as of now, but this is my miles stone. I never would thought that I can achieve past 10 in just a month of work to be honest, and I 10X that.

I didn’t thought it was impressive because I made the comparison with Youtube subs, where there are algorithm to support new creators, and recent SEO update on google would limit the growth rate of newsletters.

Every day I worked fearing the idea that I may be working in futility, studying, reading, typing, and exerting non-refundable time that will yield minimal results.

Mindless Process

I spent all my free time and forgo my favorite habit of watching anime to dedicate my soul to my work. On days I works, I would do short form marketing on my phone during dead time at work. On my days off, if I don’t have plans, I would wake up at 5am exercised until 7pm and work until 10pm(breaks included)

I spent majority of my time marketing, and talking to millionaires to learn their secrets. While interacting with them they taught me that the common mistake people make are that, they become infatuated with the events and not the process.

I’ve taken the principle of process to make progressive overload a event. I learn the Pareto principle, where 80 percent of time time should be spent on task that produce results, and 20 should be use for creative tasks that should serve as an experimental attempt to improve process.

What’s next?

1,000 sub maybe? Just believe in the process, as it has yielded some results for me.

I tell you because my goal is to help provide ideas and information to creating additional income on top of your main job. If possible scale your side job into a empire and live off your endeavors with the help of a little luck.
